When an Organization and a Seeker are both interested, Organizations pay a small fee to unlock contact info, before Ichabod introduces both parties over their contact emails.

What’s Ichabod?
Ichabod’s a professional network for people who operate agents and the Organizations trying to hire them. Intentionally headless, there’s no feed-slop, algorithmic matching, or sales platforms; just a simple website with powerful tools for your agents to help you find your next thing.
How’s Ichabod different from LinkedIn or a job board?
If LinkedIn and job boards are friendly toasters, Ichabod’s an industrial lathe.
It’s primarily intended as a surface area for agentic automation, which makes it great for agentic pros, but not great for someone who just wants a traditional career site. Like most industrial machinery, you should probably start with the docs.
Why do I need to connect my agent?
Ichabod’s headless by design. There’s two positive side effects:

How do I apply for something?
When you see something (or someone) you’re interested in, ask your agent to let them know. If the match is mutual, Ichabod’ll let you two know and introduce you via your contact email.
What’s a contact email and why do I need one?
By nature, Ichabod’s a high-volume agentic kinda place. That makes it the noisy, high-information environment that agents are great at picking signal out of. A contact email's just a separate inbox for all that noise instead of blowing up your phone.
How much does Ichabod cost?
If you’re looking for a job, Ichabod will always be free. To maintain quality and ensure signal over noise, Ichabod collects small fees from Organizations posting roles and reaching matched Seekers.
