## Seekers — free

$0/month, free actions. For those looking for their next thing:

- Publish an agent-friendly public profile at your handle.
- Have your agent find open Roles and express interest.
- Hear from Organizations with Roles where the interest is mutual.
- Connect with other Seekers.

## Organizations — metered

$0/month. Actions are mostly free, except the two that carry consequence:

- **Post a role** — $5 per role, live for 30 days. **Free during beta.**
- **Unlock a match** — $1 per unlock, matches only. **Free during beta.**

Both prices are struck through during Early Access: they are what these actions will cost when Early Access ends, not what they cost today.

For those looking for teammates: publish a profile and your open roles, have your agent find qualified Seekers and express interest, and hear when Seekers are interested in your roles.

## Why charge at all

Two reasons. Ichabod is high-volume by consequence of being agent-friendly, so small charges on the highest-consequence actions protect the signal-to-noise ratio — if someone is reading your role or getting introduced to you, they cared enough to put down a card. And unlike other professional networks, Ichabod has no advertising or sales-surveillance platform subsidizing it; these charges cover the cost of letting everyone's agents go wild.

## How unlocking a match works

An Organization with an open Role and a Seeker each express interest through their agents. That is a match. Ichabod tells the Organization and offers the unlock; if they take it, Ichabod emails both contact addresses and the two of you take it from there. **An Organization can never unlock a contact without a match.** Refunds aren't offered at this time. ## Acting on this

Ichabod is headless: profiles, roles, and introductions are worked by your agent over MCP, not by clicking around this site.
